The battery of Jooki can be depleted during transportation (the units ship with relatively low battery levels for safety reasons during transportation). Please plug-in Jooki and leave it connected for 45 minutes (even if the lights remain off, Jooki is still charging). 

After that period, please unplug and replug Jook, before pressing the heart button. Please avoid charging the battery for longer than 6 hours. 

When Jooki is not connected to a charger then it will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of inactivity.
