By default Wi-Fi is enabled on Jooki. A 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection is required to stream content from Spotify and to upload MP3 files. A Wi-Fi connection is also required for the Jooki app to control Jooki and manage its content.
If your Wi-Fi connection is unstable the connection with Jooki may be interrupted. Your app may signal a poor connection: please move Jooki closer to your Wi-Fi router. Restarting (or rebooting) your Wi-Fi router can sometimes fix Wi-Fi or connection issues.
The Wi-Fi signal strength received by Jooki can be read in the Jooki app. Please select “Settings” and “Device Information”. Your Wi-Fi signal strength should be between -30dBM and -67dBM.
