1. Connect your Jooki to your Wi-Fi network
Jooki connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks (not 5GHz).
You will need the name and password of your network at hand to complete the setup, which you only have to do once, as Jooki remembers your Wi-Fi info.
If you go somewhere else with Jooki, you can set it up with another Wi-Fi network. Jooki will still remember your original Wi-Fi network settings and will connect automatically.
2. Establish a connection between your phone (or laptop) and Jooki
Use the Jooki app (or visit https://my.jooki.com on your laptop) to connect with your Jooki.
Jooki must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone/computer when using the app/web interface.
If you see the message "Jooki is not found," please reboot both Jooki and your internet router and try again.
