Restarting (or rebooting) your Wi-Fi router can sometimes fix Wi-Fi or connection issues.
- Power off your router (if there is no obvious power button, then remove the power cable)
- Turn off Jooki and your phone (and laptop if used)
- Power on your router
- Wait one or two minutes for it to fully power on.
- Turn on Jooki and your phone (and laptop).
- Wait for the Jooki startup sound.
